For burning I use Ahead Nero, it's easy to use and has good support for new DVD media.

You have probably done this before so only a quick summary. In Nero start a New Compilation, select DVD-Video, write some label and click on New.
It will create two folders, put all the files the DVD Author created into the folder named »VIDEO_TS«, »AUDIO_TS« is only for compatibility issues, it shouldn't contain anything.
Now you can burn it. But at first use the DVD-RW, because I'm quite sure you will not be satisfied with the menu or something after first try.
